Club Coach Athlete Parent

As a club coach, you can have quite a challenge. Parents are paying to have their children in the Club you coach. Most parents see this as an investment that they expect to get a return on. Right or wrong, this becomes your responsibility. In addition, if you are not going up in age group with the your team, you are continually getting a new group of athletes. Building relationships with new athletes and their parents takes time, which in your case is limited. These are just a couple of the issues that support 3D Coaching’s position that the ecosystem of Club and High School sports is designed for coaches to fail.
