Liosha (Oleksiy) began his journey in sports at the age of 12 in Rivne, Ukraine. Karate, track and field and then basketball captured his heart. Impacted by his basketball coaches in high school and university Liosha is passionate about sharing coaching in all 3 dimensions with others. Every coach needs to know that to discover full potential of an athlete you need to have strategies to coach not just body, but also athletes mind and heart.
Liosha lives in Krakow, Poland and has a wife Yana, and 2 kids.
