Course Description

This course lays out a practical strategy to move your cultural vision forward from “survival” to “significance.” Along the way, you will pick up key insights about:

  • understanding the Formula for Change
  • how to create discontent to gain inertia
  • casting a compelling vision to inspire
  • developing tangible first steps forward
  • lowering resistance and creating buy-in
  • stabilizing your culture through training
  • mentoring people to foster growth
  • establishing a framework for continued learning
  • creating a common language to reinforce values
  • effectively providing organizational care
  • prioritizing your purpose over your goals
  • other practical things you can do
    (i.e. running effective meetings)


Everyone agrees that “culture” is a key determining factor for any organization who is seeking to successfully fulfill it’s vision. While the importance of culture is well understood, understanding how to intentionally SHAPE culture to accomplish the vision is certainly not automatic. Your culture will be a combination of what you create and what you allow. This course will help you CREATE an intentional culture that will empower everyone in your organization to flourish… in all 3Dimensions.

What does this course cover?

By taking the viewer on a guided journey through “The Life-Cycle of the Dream,” this course will help to establish a life-giving culture that helps people in an organization to thrive.

How long does this course take to complete?

This course consists of 25 modules and contains about 2 hours worth of content in a series of short videos. You can work entirely at your own pace.

Can I start and stop the training without losing my progress?

Yes. Each module takes an average of 5 minutes to complete. Once you mark a module complete, your progress will be saved and you can resume from that point if you decide to finish the training later.

I’m an administrator and I want ALL of my coaches to be trained in this course. How do I get them enrolled?

Simply contact us and let us know how many licenses you would like to purchase. We will set up a unique code that will allow your coaches to enroll in the course at no cost to them. We will then send you an invoice, and you can pay for them all at once out of your athletic budget, professional development budget, or with donated funds from sponsors. As an administrator, we will give you access to monitor their progress.
