I really appreciated the new ideas on program development. Suggestions related to team building and team unity are well described. I really liked the strategies for dealing with and including parents as well. I definitely feel that the knowledge gained from this course will help me become a better coach and a stronger leader moving forward.

I think this course is super informational and will make me into a great future coach and leader. I took this course for a class and thought it would be a typical online class. Though, I was completely wrong this course grabbed my attention and the videos made me think of times I have been coached or even coached youth leagues. I can't wait to try and incorporate some of these things I have learned to try to help myself and others into 3 Dimensional coaches.

This course gets its students to really think more holistically about their sport and how athletes should feel during and after their experiences in their program. Wins are great, but it's the lifelong impact our methods leave behind that is most important.
