I now realize that as a high school athlete I was fortunate to be on teams that were at the pinnacle of the third level. I know this because we didn't even need our coach to accomplish what we did, it was just the players on the team knowing each other and building much of what you have presented in this program.

I thought that was how most programs and teams functioned because that was all that I had experienced as a player. Now after decades of coaching I've learned what I experienced as a player was not normal at all. It is so rare. The 3-D Framework has renewed in me the need to emphasize the third level as a coach and bring joy and love to practice along with X's and O's.
