| Rating: ★ ★ ★ ★ October 5, 2015 Thinking through the 3 dimensions and how each level is applied in my basketball program was a very useful practice. I'm hoping to be able to recognize which dimension an issue is in and diagnose the problem quickly with the appropriate dimension. I would recommend this course to others because coaches are reflective practitioners and should always be looking for ways to evaluate ways to coach more effectively. Doug Coleman |

I believe that all coaches and even teachers should experience this course. Children are our next leaders/inventors/creators; if we can invest in them at a young age and provide them a learning environment that is servant they have the opportunity to be 3D leaders in our future.
