As I think back on my various coaching roles, it would have been great if all the Athletic Directors, and all the coaches in the program, believed in this program and had strategies in these four areas. My previous corporate experience could have benefitted from this as well. Our culture was strong during economic success, but some of these key principles were ignored when the things got a little tougher from a profit perspective.
