This course was very useful in helping me to create a holistic environment within my training sessions and also to see the student-athlete beyond the technique only (1st dimension). I also would like to highlight the video that speaks about creating a mindset before tournaments and how we can impact our community.

Includion, mental approach of the coaching job, care with the kids, budget, coaching responsibilities, samples of coaching experiences, leadership skills, heart (encouraging kids) for practicing sports, were all topics stressed in the 3D course. I liked what I learned but as a coach for many years in my life, I always say that is more to coaching then just coaching. It is a daily learning process that never ends.
