3D Coaching for Business: Certification

Great course, excited to use this as a framework for a new approach to homelife, career, and leadership.

Very good. Would like to investigate the possibility of having an 8 hour course taught to our staff.

I hope that every leader in St. Joseph goes through this course. I see the vision - of everyone being on the same page with this information - what a great place it will be to live and raise our families. There are truly great things happening in this city, simply because leaders have implemented this framework into their businesses. If there updates or an extension added to this content, I want all of it!

The 3D course was well structured, engaging, and provided valuable insights. The concepts and content were clear and easy to follow. I am hopeful a second \"advanced course\" is available to incorporate more practical, real-world application tailored to each participant\'s situation - this would make the training even more impactful.

I really enjoyed the course. It was very informative and learning the history of Saint Joe was incredibly interesting.

This course helped me to have a better understanding of how to look at all of the choices we make daily.

I thought that this training was great. I really agreed with the approach. There is a lot of wisdom behind it.

After leaving the workplace for retirement 4.5 years ago, I have enjoyed time spent focused on relationships, recreation and rest. Because of past experience with the 3D Coachling model I was asked by my son to assist with presenting the 3D Business curriculum to the Regenis upper management group whom he supports. I am so very grateful to have this opportunity as it has rekindled my joy of serving others in pursuit of purpose, meaning and relationships based on love.

This course really made me think about things in the work force and family.

I thought it was a great course that forces you to open your line of site to a boarder way of thinking when dealing with the different types of employees on a day to day basis.

This course provided context and language to build and participate in professional teams in a healthy, functional, and sustainable way, far beyond the common but short-sighted view of employees as just human "resources" to be leveraged and exploited to maximize revenue at minimum cost.

The 3D Framework will create a guide for any person in any endeavor to define their own core values and purpose while helping others achieve theirs as well.

I truly enjoyed the 3D Coaching journey. It was engaging, practical, and valuable. The 3D framework provided tools and strategies I can apply immediately in my role, and it challenged me to think differently about how I lead and support others. I walked away with more confidence, clarity, and a renewed commitment to effective leadership.
