Doc Beeman

Doc Beeman comes to the 3D Institute from Varsity Brands where he served as the Regional Sales Manager for the largest team retailer in the world, and Varsity Brands subsidiary, BSN Sports. He managed the state of Kansas successfully since 2017 with growth every year, including the COVID impacted 2020 calendar year.

Before his corporate career, Doc spent 2 decades in college coaching and administration at the Division I, III and NAIA levels. Over this time, Doc coached more than 250 athletes from 30 states and 4 countries. This career began at his alma mater, Trinity University and included stops along the way at Georgetown University, Loyola University New Orleans, and ultimately Benedictine College. His tenure at Loyola included duties in Athletic Administration working in compliance and as a sport administrator.

During his coaching career, Doc served as a coach and director of US9 Armed Forces Baseball. US9 provides the opportunity for Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard Personnel including Veterans to display their appreciation to the local community for their unconditional support of American Service Men and Women. This is done through exhibition baseball games, conducting free clinics and participating in local charitable efforts. He spent two years as an ETW for Nike, Inc. doing marketing and event management during the NCAA College World Series and served for two years as the Director of Operations for San Antonio Sports.

He, his wife, Jennifer, their two daughters Alex and Annabel reside in Platte City, Mo., with their family dogs Cappie, Roger and Roxy. All are proud Pirates.
