Tom Bendt spent 24 years as a teacher and coach prior to becoming an Athletic Director. As an athletic director, Bendt realized his passion to aid coaches become more accomplished leaders.
He has spent the past ten years presenting to coaches and athletic directors around the state of Oregon with Leadership and Character Development training. He conducts interactive workshops focused on helping coaches, athletic directors and student athletes improve their leadership skills.
He strives to infuse the second and third dimensions of the 3D journey into his workshops and keynote addresses.
Tom left the school district a year ago and has started his own business called “Conversations and Coaching.” He is serving as a consultant and coach for athletic departments interested improving their leadership, cultures, and team building prowess. He also works as a consultant partner with 3D Institute.
