The days where coaches are the unchallenged authority are in the rear view mirror. As a coach, if you are not developing your understanding of how to create an alignment with parents that enhances the Coach/Parent/Player relationship, you are missing out on a valuable resource that can provide a more successful experience for your athletes. This course is an excellent beginning to developing healthy relationships with allied parents, and harnessing dysfunction in our broken sport culture.
