Exceptional! The units and attending resources were substantive. It took all of the suggested time for reading/watching, reflecting, note-taking and group discussion to really begin to digest and understand the depth of the information presented to us. Having the sections "locked" until certain dates or milestones was quite helpful. It would be tempting to skim or cut corners, but you would cheat only yourself by doing so. It could easily take another season just to read and discuss each of the recommended books! Coming together around these materials has been gratifying and rewarding. Our group has already decided that we will continue to meet each month, whether we are working the 3-D plan or not. The relationships that we are building with each other has been a very happy by-product of working the program. I cannot thank Wes, Alan, the Joseph Company funders and all of the remarkable 3-D Experts that came to St Joseph, MO to share their stories with us.

This course has my highest recommendation. It is a life-line at a time when so many folks and so many organizations are struggling to find their way through this 'brave new world'. It is a reminder that the things humans have always needed...we still need...and always will need.

I enjoyed the course and felt that it did have good points to allow thinking. Getting together in the group at least allowed for the discussion to be started.

3DI engages the student through a variety of mediums and encourages action with specific assignments. When people take the course seriously and follow through on the assignments, those communities will grow!

Very high quality videos and a very powerful framework. It is a challenge to keep focuses and keep the vision strong over the whole course, but the groups do help with that. I appreciated how sometimes my input was required to allow me to continue on in the course, forcing me to internalize what I was learning.

This course was a bridge to bring realization to not only my attributes but also my peers. It really did give the right language and activities to engage our group to elaborate on different aspects of each of our leadership journeys.

I'm a lifelong learner….and I really appreciate the analogy of the 3D being thought of as a "shelving" system for professional development. I'm anxious to see the resources available for all three levels of the pyramid….Skills, Mind, and Heart!

The courses were well designed and they flowed well.

It was a great stepping off point for the arts to start working together as a team. Hopefully is will grow from here to become a viable teaching aspect for the whole community.

Enjoyed so much from this course! Found the testimonials very insightful.

Some of our team members were not comfortable sharing the "love" stuff and emotions that some of the topics generated; making our monthly meetings awkward at times. We navigated through some of these challenging topics to find the good in the lesson and relate it to both our personal and business lives. Overall, it was a great experience and I would encourage it to anyone; we can all benefit from the tools of 3Di to help us become better humans in all areas/roles in our life.

I fully enjoyed the time spent on the 3DInstitute course, 3D Coaching for Business Leaders. However, I feel that some of the coursework for non-profit companies is much different than for-profit companies and I would have liked a different approach? Not as much $$$ profit based.
