I've been a youth coach for a long time in various sports. This program reinforced why I love coaching. Reminded me why I spend the long hours working with these student athletes.

The course is very impactful on all levels of coaching areas.

Prior to taking this course I thought I knew how to reach kids and how to develop meaningful relationships with them. I was wrong. I have learned a lot about how to coach in the 2nd and 3rd dimension and I think putting it into practice will help our athletes going forward.

I would like to see this developed for ordinary teaching in class for schools.

Learn a few things and some great points

Excellent content. Have done dozens of these and this one by far the best. I learned and immediately began incorporating into my practices and overall program. I will be recommending to our administration that all of our coaches are given the opportunity to go through this training.

I've been through a lot of these trainings and i can honestly say I learned the most by far from this one. I am going to recommend to our admin that all of our coaches have the opportunity to take this course.
