The 3D coaching course is so timely and so important to meet not only the physical development of today's athletes but also the mental and spiritual development of youth and men and women of ALL AGES ! I really appreciated the tremendous insight into how I can improve as a coach. As a long time coach, I can see the ways that I have failed to reach so many players that I have previously coached. I wish that I had seen this years ago, but at least I can make sure to aspire to be the coach that I want to be moving forward.

Involve other sports to help use other metaphors that everyone can understand and relate to. I kept losing focus because I don't care in anyway about football or basketball so all the references just went over my head.
