I felt like the units were very easy to follow and complete. I found that the spiritual component at the end left me always wanting more!! I love that here in North Platte we meet on a weekly basis to discuss the units and bounce ideas off one another, which really solidifies the ideas being taught that week!! Bring on the season!!

The best training I've had so far. I appreciate the videos that were 5 minutes or less. I also like the guidance to forming a purpose statement as well as integrating team strategies to build character, team, and community. This material has some great ideas to reach kids as a leader and coach. I strongly recommend this to all interested in coaching.
