Learned a lot of useful information
The 3Dimensional Coaching course was an incredible experience. It gave me a great perspective on the power of coaching through a transformational purpose. We implemented many of the strategies from the program, such as games, Spotlight Drill, home visits, banquet letters, and more over the past two seasons. It really helped our team become closer and find the joy in sport again.
One of our athletes was recently killed in a car accident. While there's nothing that could have prepared me for this tragedy, I am grateful for my 3D Coach training. I have some peace in this tragedy, because through the implementation of the 3Dimensional strategies, my athletes shared so much love and joy with each other. It has also given me a framework to discuss this tragedy with my team, so we can grieve and heal together.
The journey thus far has been refreshing and up lifting and I commend the group of a amazing people whom are driving this. All coaches should use this opportunity to consider a change in trajectory. Salute
