This course was designed to take the transactional coach and turn them into a transformational coach. It was well designed and very practical.
This course is a catalyst of true growth for coaches. The testimonies of the presenters cannot help but make you reflect on moments where you know you could have been better. A lot of of the framework presented are ideas or concepts you think about or maybe even already do, but now you have much more of an organization to your purpose. The course is so much more than just the literal information presented, it is about inspiring coaches to be the best version of themselves, the same as a coach would hope to do for their athletes. This course is not the filling of a informational bucket in you mind, but really it is a lighting of a fire in your spirit. If you take the course and seriously listen to the information/concepts/framework that is being presented, you will be eager to get out there and start putting this into practice right now. I would highly recommend this course for any coach, or even more so anyone who works with young students (teachers, administrators, counselors, youth pastors etc.). This is a framework for being a better mentor, not just coach.
