Great resources
As a new coach, this training was very helpful.
It was a good course, a lot of the information was things I had learned before
I recently completed the "3D course, awesome content," and it truly exceeded my expectations. The course was well-structured, engaging, and packed with valuable information. The practical application of knowledge through real-world examples was a standout feature. The course platform was user-friendly, and the support from instructors and the online community was excellent. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their skills in this subject. It's a fantastic learning experience from start to finish.
It is refreshing to be reminded that coaching focuses on so much more than the win-loss percentage at the end of the season. The 3D Institute presents imminently-applicable strategies for building a strong framework for success in any sports program, and uses intentional activities to help a coach craft his purpose statement and team objectives.
I like the idea. I think this works for coaches who already reflect regularly and want feedback. I took the "describe a verb" to my classes and athletes to circle how they thought of me. Mainly I wanted to see if I walk the walk and if I am putting out there what I think I am. I feel I am a 3DI coach which can always improve. I have done things like this most of my career. I guess it is a way to fill my cupp though my students and athletes. I am not afraid to ask other coaches or admin their thoughts of me as well. I shared with many my ideas and thoughts on varies topics. I beleive I am a mentor to some only becasue they have told me. I did not mind this course, I am glad I did it. Making this a requierment will not go over well with the majority of coaches I feel. Like I said above, you need to find a way that makes coaches want to do this class.
I really enjoyed the content of the course. Doing the in person coaching summit was amazing after doing this training.
excellent training
Everything I have always wanted to see and want in myself as a coach. I have always loved coaching, it runs deep in my family. Amazing coaches I've had while growing up and in college. So seeing all different coaching styles really shaped me into a coach I've dreamed of being and more to learn and grow from, like the 3D framework. Happy this is being shared with all coaches here.
This course is a fun and great way to learn new things.
Outstanding! Validated what I have taken away from my experiences over the years learning from some of the best. Continuing education for coaches is a must and this is a great platform to do it.
Great content. Showed a lot to f heart throughout.
Fantastic
I thought the course was good
Course was very informative. It’s was great to learn a different approach to coaching then I had previously been exposed to.
it just put education of terminology to techniques that have proven effective over the years. its nice to see it put in an academic setting.
Good overall information in the course. I feel it could have been trimmed down substantially. Lots of clichés. For the most part I liked the speakers.
Long, would love to have a feedback/communication with others who are taking the course. Great for implementing a plan and providing resources
Content is good.
This course of filled with so many purposeful pieces of information on how to coach the whole athlete and build competitive cultures within our programs to provide the best experiences for our student-athletes.
