The updates are excellent. The course was fantastic the first time and it is simply better. Love the updates on Community, Accountability, the place to put tools in the toolbox and the ability to go through so many resources.

I enjoyed listening to all three guys talk about the 3 deminsions that is needed to develop an atmosphere of enjoyment and team cohesion. Not knowingly, I have used a small piece of these things in my own coaching before taking this course such as stepping into the athletes lives outside of baseball, and the kids have responded exactly the same way this course said it would! I look forward to using more of these strategies and developing relationships with my players that will last a lifetime.

An excellent course in coaching and life. I have seen many of these ideas successfully implemented into programs which I have coached, and I plan to implement many more of the ideas in my own teams. The values of 3D coaching are everything I wish I had experienced my entire athletic career, and I will do my best to give to my athletes and students in the future.
