3D Coaching for Sport: Certification

The small group sessions have been incredibly most beneficial.

This course was great it opened my eyes to many things in my ways that i need to change and then it made me feel good knowing that i do a lot of these things as well

was put together nicely i was reminded what I learned as a athlete and tok a deeper look into a coaches perspective.

It had a great message and something all coaches and teachers should hear or be reminded of.

Good content just really long.

This course has taught me the aspects of 3D coaching that I will now and always be implementing into my coaching from now on.

Important for all coaches to go through this. This program will change your thought process in terms of how you coach and the impact that you can have.

For years I asked myself, what are we missing? The 3D Coaching Course spells it out pretty clearly and gives you a framework to implement the strategies needed to reach that next level. I believe in it so much I am requiring it for all coaches at every level of our program.

I rate this program 5-Stars! Going into 3D - Institute, I had no idea what to expect. It was said that "assistant coaches" were not required to take this course. With that, I wasn't going to take it. Back in August, when the first meeting took place, something inside me told me to go ahead and attend. I was 15 minutes late but within 3 minutes, I regretted not getting there on time.

This program is broken down in a way that we can reflect on our strengths and weaknesses as coaches. We can ask ourselves, "are we doing our part to bring all three dimensions to the athletes? Are we coaching athletes to be better humans, first and athletes second?"

I have talked to many people outside of the school district about 3D Institute. I strongly feel that sharing this program with others in the community will change the trajectory of our youth and our community. I also cannot wait to share this program with my son, who is currently in college seeking a teaching degree. I know he and his students will benefit from 3D Institute.

I truly feel this course is worth the time and effort to take. I promise you won't be disappointed.

This course had many logical and simple ways to improve how I connect with kids, impact their lives, and promote togetherness on and off the court.

This course put a language and framework to many things that I have felt about the coaching profession that can take any program to a new level of performance but more importantly, making better men and women.

This course is truly invaluable. You learn strategies throughout this course that you can implement immediately. This course really has you reflect on your purpose and helps you realize why it is that you are coaching. I couldn't recommend this course enough!

This course was a tremendous help and opened me us to so many new methods and ideas for my coaching career moving forward. The design of the course made it easy to follow along and it was organized well.

This course made me rethink what it is to be a coach and the impact that I have on young peoples lives. It provided me guidance on how to make changes to not only improve my coaching abilities but by day to day relationships as well.

I learned a lot and feel like I got a lot of practical skills to use. That said, it felt like the overtones of Christianity were too strong and a little manipulative.

I loved taking this course. The course was very informative for coaches looking to renovate their programs as well for those who are just beginning their coaching journey. After taking this course you will walk away with enough information that every coach needs to know in order to be a great coach and even better leader.

This course has really taught me that coaching has many more facets and a much greater impact on youth than I had originally thought. I feel much more educated on how to become a 3D coach and even how to just be a better person in my day-to-day life.
