This course had a lot of good content that helped bring awareness to developing a sports program. It provides a solid outline of how to help develop PEOPLE through sports, not just athletes.

I enjoyed the emphasis on love as a powerful motivating factor in the 3rd dimension. I also enjoyed the part about "accountability is the difference between the wish makers and the action takers." in 2008 our football program helped a community after it had been devastated by an EF-5 tornado and those moments together helped us become closer and realize that there are bigger things than an identity through only sports. It helped us become a really tight-knit team and build a foundation for our program in the future.
Every coach should take this course. It should be a requirement to be a coach.
