It was easy to understand the different dimensions and the difficulty of being successful in the 3rd Dimension. This is a course the entire staff needs to take for you to be successful in the 3rd Dimension in your school. The AD and Head Coach has to have everyone on board.

3D was a great course, so much of it to me makes sense. We preach so much about helping make better people within sport, using 3D is how you do it.

The course is a must for any coach wanting to continue to improve as a person and more importantly as a coach. This course is highly valuable to any coach at any age but I highly recommend to any new or younger coaches. It will allow them to make far fewer mistakes early in their coaching career.

3Dimensional Coaching is an excellent course that challenges coaches to reflect on their own personal experiences and evaluate their "why" for coaching. The course provides practical strategies to holistically develop all three dimensions of an athlete.

A great tool for reflecting on your own purpose in coaching, and a reminder that coaching sports needs to be about much more about sports if its going to be sustainable.

I enjoyed the ease of completing the requirements of the course at my own pace. The videos and flow of the course were professionally done and kept me engaged.

Joe Ehrman's book was an inspirational read. My favorite part was towards the end when he discusses the concept of sportsmanship and competition. I appreciated his take on honoring opponents, and embracing a passion for the game.

Taking this course with another coach was amazing. Each video, each reading, each task lead to an in-depth conversation that allowed me to grow as a coach and as an AD. I wish every coach would take this course. It should be a requirement in every state before you can work with kids. I needed it 30 years ago when I started.

I enjoyed this course and the focus it placed on tapping into some deeper layers of what it means to be a coach and the responsibility we have to develop the whole person, not just the athlete.

All coaches should challenge their way of thinking in how they do things. Knowing a "framework" of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd dimension allows you to ask your "why" you are doing something before you implement it.

Excellent course with great content that forces you to really think through why you coach, facilitate a personal purpose statement, and choose strategies to implement. It is good to get the reminder that the picture for why we coach is much bigger than skills and strategy and that we as coaches must think through ways we can reach our athletes where they are at and really seek to reach not only their minds and bodies, but their souls.

This course has been a great tool for me to see where I stand as a coach and activity director. It has shown me a lot of what I have been doing is good yet I can make adjustments to get better. I feel this will help me as a coach to other coaches through my position as activity director even more than it will help me as a coach of athletes. I feel it will allow me to get through to more people than just my team.

This course did a great job of making me evaluate my own coaching practices and reflect on what I can do better. It helped me understand what players and their parents think about some of the different coaching practices and what they want their son or daughter to gain from a sport and its coaches. This is a valuable tool in learning about the 2nd and 3rd Dimensions that really do need to be focused on much more if we are going to really develop student athletes and maximize their individual and team potential. I highly recommend this course!
