I absolutely recommend this course! It takes coaching to a whole other level. I was coaching on a 1st dimension and now I realize there is so much more to being successful. Successful coaching does not just focus on the physical ability of the player. It is important to use positive encouragement and get rid of 'joy robbers.' You have to be able to motivate kids. It's best to have them enjoy themselves and experience joy. I learned in this course how to become a 3D Coach and change up my coaching style and help my kids become better on and off the field. I think every coach should take this course.

If coaches and parents followed the guidelines of this course, schools, communities, and our country overall would see more transformation toward what's important in life - relationships and love. It helped strengthen the reason WHY I coach and provided useful strategies to implement 2nd and 3rd dimension coaching.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this course to other coaches! I learned about how to become a better coach, and at the same time learned to reflect on my current life practices. The different philosophy to coaching, followed up with very descriptive strategies to implement them was very helpful.

Without a hesitation I would recommend it. Very powerful and impactful. The content was thought provoking. The way it was delivered with a combination of video clips, book study, introspection, and frequent assessments really appealed to me and was very conducive to my learning style. Once I started the journey, I couldn't get enough or slow down. Best and most relevant online course I've ever taken!

I would recommend this course. I think coaching needs to have a purpose and to many coaches just coach without one. Hashing out my distinct purpose statement and the outline provided to make it effective was the most valuable part for me.

This course provides ideas that could actually be implemented preseason, in-season, and post season. Really good useful information and the speakers were really good! I believe we are in a transitional of education, both in the classroom and in the athletic arenas. The 'my way or the highway' days are done. I feel that this class really syncs with my philosophy and the integration of many of the ideas in the course into my current team have been extremely well received and very successful.

The best thing I got out of this class was being able to see how I can impact an athlete's life in more ways than just sports. I like the idea of knowing that I have the opportunity to change an athlete's life around by the way I coach or be able to impact their future in such a positive way. I would recommend this course because it opens up your eyes to a new look at coaching. It shows that their are more important things to sports than winning and the competition. Their are a lot of things that we can teach our athletes besides the fun of winning or the pain of losing.

The course makes you really take a look at yourself as a teacher, coach, and overall as a person. It makes you look deep inside and brings out some things that have been put away for some time. The more coaches we can get doing this, the better for our nation. It brings to light some ugly characteristics about our society and how we can deal with and eventually get rid of them with all on board. I absolutely recommend it to other coaches.

The course was very thought provoking. It made me think more about the why behind what I do. It also created a time for reflection. Am I doing things in my program that are impacting ALL my players in a positive way? I kept back to this question often. I would recommend this course to other coaches! I believe that all coaches need to spend some time looking at the things that we do that influence our athletes. All athletes have room for growth in these areas.

It was a very rough year for me as a head coach to go from 3 wins to 0. I needed to get back to my roots of focusing on the players and separate myself from the people who only expect wins. This class put me back on the path of why I started coaching in the first place and gave me more to work with in my tool box. A lot of things I am already doing but to have more opportunities and ideas to shape the lives of young men is going to be huge for my program. Thanks!

I would recommend this course. Sometimes we do not start the inward journey of why we coach or the way we do. This course and book really brought clarity to why and how I coach.

This course reaffirms some things I was already doing, and gives me some good ideas to implement. I'd recommend this course to other coaches anytime you can learn about your profession and how to better reach kids, you make yourself a better leader and role model for them.

It is vitally important to evaluate why we coach and this course provides a great framework for systematic evaluation. The new ideas and practical third dimensions strategies to incorporate with my teams was the most valuable part.

More coaches need to be aware of what kids are really looking for when they choose to participate in sports. I think everyone in our profession should be exposed to the 3D concept to help assure that everyone is in coaching for the right reasons.

It was valuable learning how to get to know the individual and working on coaching outside the 1st dimension. I would recommend this course to anyone that coaches, especially those that coach youth programs.

As a teacher and a coach it caused much introspective exploration in who I am and what I can do to better reach the students that I work with. The self-reflection was the most valuable part of taking this course.

The most valuable thing I got out of this course was the ability to rethink and re-value the impact I have among those that I have and will coach. I highly recommend, it teaches great values to teach to others.

The most valuable thing I got out of this course was being able to step back and think about my purpose in coaching and how my athletes feel being coached by me. I have already recommended this course to fellow coaches. I believe to truly make a difference to our athletes we need to coach in a way that gives life and does not tear down.

I absolutely recommend this course! It was a great reminder of the 'purpose' of coaching and that what coaches do really does matter. The numerous strategies to develop character and relationships and the wisdom about life and sports were the most valuable parts.
