I reviewed this course several years ago and the information is even more important today than ever. So much of athletics has become transactional and the JOY of why we all got into sports has been lost. 3D Coaching is a way to intentionally teach kids in a way that develops the whole person.

What 3dimensional Coaching has done is wrap all the things I have always believed as a Coach into a teaching format!!! I love this stuff. As an AD I have a desire for our staff to implement this across programs for our Student Athletes. We now require this course for all our coaches!!
