Information in the course is incredibly powerful and positively impacting kids' lives. I highly recommend any coach or person in a leadership position to learn as much as they can around a growth mindset. Good course to help someone who has no grid for emotional intelligence, but it’s really basic and doesn’t provide much value to coaches who are hoping to refine and get more specific techniques to develop upon what they already do.

The materials were well presented by people who have been coaches which gives the ideas much more credibility. The ideas and examples presented are insightful and thought-provoking. I like the fact that your model is based on research. That makes your model much more convincing. Watching your course has helped me reflect on my own coaching-to see which 3D ideas I may already use and ones that I should work to implement.
