Most of the concepts are so simple. We need to focus on our athletes foundation. We get so caught up with winning we forget the true power of our athletes, heart. A lot of nuggets in the videos. I would recommend showing to our captains or leaders on the team first, than eventually the whole team. This is the first training I have seen where I was anticipating the next slide.
