The contents of the modules are very informative to a first timer like me. I have never heard about coaching let alone 3D coaching. All speakers are well equipped to teach based on their past experience and coaching knowledge and skills. The test of course is putting all this into practice and what happens when situations do not go well as planned?

As someone who has coached for over 30 years, I can say that I have seen coaches that use 3D strategies at the high school and college level, and have seen the positive difference it makes in the higher level of performance of the team as well as the life lessons that the players learn that last way beyond an athletes career in sports.

I have completed the 3D+ course for certification and am looking at the 3D Essentials course for use with our youth programs/coaches. This is good stuff!
I know there are a couple of ways of looking at this, but I would encourage you to offer the Essentials class free of charge or at lower price that currently offered - I don't want that to be a roadblock for them to doing it.

Great content! This course inspires me to use every opportunity in coaching to have maximum impact with the kids I interact with. The biggest takeaways for me were to be "transformational" and not just "transactional".
