This abbreviated version of our 3D Coaching training is designed to help coaches understand the “essentials” of the 3D framework while learning practical strategies to engage the minds and capture the hearts of their athletes.
Wow, I was glad that I got a chance to take this introduction to 3D Coaching, there are a lot of things I will be working on along with my fellow coaches to improve the experiences of our kids we come in contact with.

I have completed the 3D+ course for certification and am looking at the 3D Essentials course for use with our youth programs/coaches. This is good stuff!
I know there are a couple of ways of looking at this, but I would encourage you to offer the Essentials class free of charge or at lower price that currently offered - I don't want that to be a roadblock for them to doing it.
This course is well organized to see the overview of 3D coaching. 75 minutes of the course length is very accessible for those who are interested in 3D coaching.
The course was very interesting and opened my eyes to other factors coaches and parents should focus on besides just the physical aspects of sports.
Great content! This course inspires me to use every opportunity in coaching to have maximum impact with the kids I interact with. The biggest takeaways for me were to be "transformational" and not just "transactional". Also, bringing joy into sports really resonated with me, and it will change the way I design and implement coaching strategies.

Very good overview. After starting the first couple sections of the course I was very excited to dive deeper. I realized that this one was a quick overview and did not go as in-depth as I would like to go. I was looking to get more ideas for implementing these ideas and concepts with my team so in order to continue to learn and grow the next day I signed up for the actually course. Cannot wait to change the course and future of our program for years to come!!
