This course was created in partnership with the North Dakota High School Activities Association to satisfy the coaching principles portion of NDHSAA’s coaches education mandate.
Course Objectives
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of NDHSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of North Dakota.

Very helpful in terms of running a high school program, a bit broad in terms of beginner coaches at a club or recreational level. Certain topics could be more intertwined, very helpful information if directed at the right audience.

I really liked it, it's a very complete course. Maybe they could add interactive situations so that people who are taking the course can participate and not just focus on watching videos, since after a while it gets a bit tiring. The content in general was very good and very educational.
