This course offers a tremendous amount of information for coaches to control what they personally can control to influence what they cannot directly control themselves. Look inward to poor outward in a positive manner instead of pointing the finger at undesired behavior around you. This course should be available to every youthcoach.

I really enjoyed this course. As a new coach, I think that the information was very helpful. I also think that as a parent, I see even more how the information is helpful. I feel like i will be able to use the techniques and information to create a new environment for my athletes to grow. I hope to continue to grow old relationships with parents and to develop new ones each year. This has given me more tools for my tool belt when things don't always go as planned.
