Tremendous course. Easy to get through in one or two nights. Valuable tool. I will be coming back and rewatching some of the videos because I want to make this teaching part of who I am as I coach and encourage other coaches.
I feel very well equipped to create a healthy relationship with parents. I understand why issues arise more often than expected, and I have many strategies to address these issues that I will implement next season.
