This program and course was not only enlightening for me as a coach, but as an individual. I learned a tremendous amount from the 3 dimensional coaching structure and look forward to implementing it in the future. We all are prone to blind spots and making mistakes. Thus, this was eye-opening as there are some aspects that the student athletes of today face, that are drastically different from my own past experience. This was also informative as the experience of being a high school student athlete is much different than being a high school coach. I would recommend this terrific program to any aspiring coach at any level such as elementary, middle, high school, college, etc.
