OSAA: Beyond the Scoreboard

I really enjoyed hearing all the dimensions to become a great coach. I have utilized some of the strategies taught and can testify they work to bring cohesion to a team. I was grateful for the resources and I know it will only benefit my coaching from here on.

This was a fantastic series, even for someone like me who has been coaching for 46 years in a variety of sports. Most of what you teach aligns with what I learned, often slowly and painfully, from my own experience. Presenters are engaged and engaging, and this was a MUCH better, and more impactful, program than anything else required of me. Thank you for being thoughtful and intentional about raising our profession.

Great course

It is a really well thought out course. This goes over more things than I ever thought it would. It was very informative and it gave me a lot of new ways to think about my coaching and how to go about it differently if needed.

Segmented well and portioned for attention to detail. Short videos with insightful information that lead to a well rounded course.

I enjoyed this course and have learned a lot. This has opened my eyes to a lot of different methods I have used in my coaching career. I will surely apply a lot of this 3D coaching style to better my skills as a coach.

This course is okay as far as content, but does not help in the long run because you have no check ins on the back end of the course.

This course has taught me so much about the 3d model. I used to be a coach that focused so much on the first dimension, fundamentals. Now, I am going to use what I have learned to incorporate the whole model into my coaching to help develop my players into great people off of the court as well.
