Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR
I felt like there were a lot of things that I learned from this course that will help me unlock the potential in athletes physically/mentally/emotionally.
This course inspires me to be the best coach i can be by employing the techniques and strategies to ensure consistent growth in my understanding of and ability to coach the whole athlete.
Was a pretty good course, showed different methods of being a better coach
I think one of the most important learning tools as coaches is to watch / listen to other coaches and this course did this magnificently.
So very interesting and revealing as to my skills now and where I see how much better I can/will be !
I thought it was super good content, a bit long but I loved how it took modern strategies to grow from modern society/issues. It's different, it's inclusive, it's a new take on the new generation.
