This course is essential to expand upon the coaching that most of us are familiar with. It stresses the importance of training the mind and touching the heart in order to be the best coach you can be.

Helpful course to ease back into coaching after a few years off!! Building Relationships and Coaching the Heart were my favorite sections.

Each of the videos were very informative, and each speaker gave meaningful breakdowns on the theory of coaching. What really stuck out to me was how to start off with foundation and fundamentals, and then move on to building on those skills and applying everything the students learn into real life. Starting without foundation is something that young coaches can easily overlook, because they want to please all of the hype and expectations that are put on their shoulders when they forget to start with the basics. Overall, I am very pleased with the course.

This is a great course promoting what all coaching should be. It is about the person and students instead of the sport and winning.

This course was very helpful in laying out an informative way to speak and communicate with youth athletes. Having been a coach of youth in the past it is nice to have tools at my disposal in any case that I need more help or information in order to keep my athletes safe and thriving.
