This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

Big time course with an easy to follow presentation format and absolute must pay attention to content for any coach looking to upgrade their skill sets for the 21st Century.
This course was extremely beneficial and opened my eyes to see more than just the athletics to sports. I look back at the high school athletic experience I had and I am so thankful my coaches followed this and I cannot wait to do the same for these upcoming athletes.

I thought this course was well written and had a lot of information that will better the coaching environment at schools all over the U.S.!! I think that it is important to start with the coaches, so children and students grow up learning the same standards, and aren't influenced in the wrong direction.
I think this course touched on a lot of important topics, however I do not feel it went very in-depth into some of them or provided many strategies to try to use. It was a large amount of good surface level content, but not specific strategies related to the content.

It was a great training and I learned a lot.
By watching theses short clips helped me to have a better understanding of how to create a great interaction with athletes, how to create an amazing team using different methods and not only help with the sport that is being played if not also create more values outside of the field which will help them individually in their daily lives.
