This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

It was a good course and was very informational.
Going through the course, especially not all on one day or time slot - it seemed a bit repetitive and disjointed- not sure what dimension I was in- But then after reviewing my notes at the end -The overall "Cohesion" of the 3D model was more apparent.

Fantastic. I think most coaches want and understand developing kids as people and not just as better athletes. The 3D teachings really help conceptualize and develop a path to actually achieve this, not just have a hard to reach idea.
I think this course includes vital skills and information on being a successful coach!
