Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

I enjoyed the stories from actual coaches and student athletes.
I found this course very informative. Going into this training I already knew some of these 3D practices, but I didn't know how to properly address them.
Great course
It was very insightful and gave me a better way of thinking as far as attacking certain hurdles that may come up when coaching.
I think that this course was very well-rounded and hit a wide array of topics and points that need to be understood and put into practice for coaches and athletic directors. This course is not only good for athletic directors but for building character and asting relationships with athletes.
