OSAA: Beyond the Scoreboard

It was helpful taught me a lot I wasn't sure about.

This was a great course, very informative!

Good overview, and specific examples that I can use as a new coach to develop players into a positive team. I specifically liked the concept of 3 dimensions, building relations, creating a positive culture, and the opportunity for positive impacts to the players and the community we can and should all have.

Highly recommend it, I am coming into my first year of coaching and the videos on this course have taught me many things that I can apply to my players life’s as well as my own life.

I enjoyed this course as it managed to still be engaging and informative despite it being a video.

I think this is an interesting and important perspective on the value and impact of coaching beyond the game itself. 3D coaching is a valuable reminder of our role as coaches to help develop not just better athletes but better human beings.
