Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

I felt motivated and excited for the opportunity to coach todays youth. there were multiple sot=ries and real world examples that literally gave me goosebumps.

This was a very effective lesson on how to be an impactful coach. I've coached for years but this really drives home some of my values of how to develop people.
Very informative, but would love to see it condensed down a little. I think the information is great but there should be a way to combine some videos/info and make the lessons shorter to keep people interested / intrigued and focused on the course.
This will be very impactful for my first coaching season!
