Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

I was pleasantly surprised at how solid the coaching tactics were. They might be seen as "old fashion" but they are still so applicable today and in some cases more applicable today. I really enjoyed this course and learned a lot.
This course was very well organized. Not only did it give you information on how to be a better coach, build a stronger program, and inspire your community - it gave real life stories to back it up. Speakers were clear and easy to understand as well.
