Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

This course helped me understand what I have been doing well and how I can enhance my strategies to help develop each athlete to their fullest on and off the field/court. It also helped me assess my strategies in the classroom on how to approach those less motivated to learn the subject of math.
