I appreciate that the focus of this course is centered around the development of the athlete as a whole person. There is more to life than sports, and this course embraces that mindset. The 3D Framework goes beyond sports at the center, and puts the student at the center.

It was very informational, and also very long.

Lots of good information within a helpful framework, but I felt there was too much time spent in selling your larger program and thus, many sections did not feel useful in what they actually were presenting (the "cliff notes").
