Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

I've been out of coaching for about 5 years and recently came back to it. I love coaching, it's my passion! However, I was a little nervous coming back to something I love after being out of it for so long. This course reminded me why I love coaching. I enjoyed re-learning my passion and this course sparked new ideas and thoughts on how to be a better coach!
