I found the 3D concept to be invaluable in helping me gain a greater understanding of what it means to coach kids at this level. It challenges me to develop a more holistic approach to working with the kids for their overall benefit. I'm confident this approach will not only help them to better excel on the field, in the classroom, and throughout life, but that it will also provide me with a greater sense of personal satisfaction as a result of my role in all of these things. I also expect that I will come back to the course when I encounter challenges. It's easy to foresee the course will continue to provide instruction to me as I embark on this all-important journey of teaching and coaching high school student-athletes. Thank you so much!
