This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

It was very informative!
Too long
I noticed that sometimes you need to watch the video multiple times before gaining access to the next. Some of the videos I had to watch at least two or three times which made this take way longer than it should have.
Some of the 39 units are great where they actually talk about 3D, but many over explain and over sell. Felt like an infomercial.
