This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

It was a great course getting to the heart of the issues of coaching. Without the psychological and heart issues addressed, we only view athletes as a physical being, when there's so much more. 3D provided a holistic approach to athletes and how to meet them where they are at.
