Good concepts but a little too vague. Considering it's length it should give more concrete examples of how to implement the concepts.

Quality perspective on the full spectrum of coaching

Good course, highlighted other important aspects to coaching rather than the standard drills/scrimmage/practice stuff

This course taught me many things that I hadn't thought of a whole lot in the past. I will use the elements in those moments that present themselves while I coach. The concept of having the well being of each player on our team as a high priority will have an impact on the entire team. This course was effective at showing how to use these tools. Of course, actually applying these tools in practice will be a learning experience for me and our players, but coaches should adhere to their mission and purpose and with experience, the tools and concepts presented in this course will shine through.

Comprehensive approach to coaching that acknowledges the strain that the nature of sports and competition has on young athletes. Definitely a bit more theoretical than practical, but I felt the kernels of wisdom were helpful and authentic.

Extremely valuable and pertinent information. I enjoyed the variety of presenters and topics. Each segment was short and sweet which held my attention. The course I was dreading ended up being very insightful.

I really agree with the ideas espoused by Simon Sinek, and I can see these ideas here in this course. This has helped me pay attention to another depth of coaching that I would not have known otherwise.

Good information - it drags though since it's not too interactive
