This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

This course was super easy and entertaining.
Coaching isn't just all about fundamentals and technique. it is about teaching the right mindset and getting your players to believe in themselves. it displays the three levels of coaching and how to use them all together to get the most out of your players and so that they truly still have fun.
